I am interested in the relationship between technology and people in three realms: corporate America, small business, and education.  I am a positivist researcher who can conduct scholarly research in both the behavioral and technical arenas of MIS.  My primary theory driven research streams include: e-commerce, B2B virtual communities, cross culture, eLearning, information extraction & data mining, and using Internet technologies to accomplish marketing strategy. My work can be classified into four major research streams. They are:
